No one knows how to restore your body's ability to heal. The complexity of this is well understood by conventional medicine, which is why your doctor has no treatment for your problem.

Of course bodies don't speak, so there's a problem learning what to do from this intelligence. However, everything your body does is through the nervous system, so it's possible to "tap the phone line" by testing the nervous system in real time. This gives us enough information to know what barriers your body is hitting that are preventing it from healing.
Also, we can find out what to do first, second, and third. Bodies heal sequentially, and trying to help with the wrong area first will get you nowhere.
